He has 29 years of rich experience in infrastructure industry with exposure to project management of large Highway Projects from their inception to closure. His expertise includes project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control and structural analysis. He has worked in India and abroad with reputed organizations like Punj Lloyd, Afcons and Welspun.
He has more than 33 years with association in Oil & Gas Industry and Infrastructure Projects. He had played active role in provoking industry for adopting Management System. For using Occupational Health & safety Management System to improve efficiency he was key participant to bring this standard to India in 1997. He had conducted many public courses for Lead Auditors in OHSMS. Diversifying from his field he provided the services for CE Marking of Medical Devices. Aditya Cement of Birla group was the first company in the country to be certified for ISO 9001:2000 by him as registered lead assessor.
He has 29 years of rich experience in infrastructure/construction/real estate industry with exposure to techno commercial, budget, contract and claims management strategies spanning over wide spectrum of responsibilities shouldered by him in his carrier starting as an Executive Engineer in CPWD. After he switched over to Corporate sector in Highway Infrastructure, he has worked in various capacities in contract and legal departments of the companies. He has worked closely for online process development and implementation in the industry.
